Reading eBook

This Clie was originally mine. But since I bought Treo, I give it to Sue. In the past I had a hard time convincing her to get a PDA. But ever since I got her addicted with eBook, it is in her hand whenever she has time to read.

She has finished many small chapters already. And she has just finished LOTR volume 1. She will soon read more than I do.

First Post from Macbook

This is my first post from my new macbook.? The computer is really nice.? But the keyboard takes some time to get used to.? I can't wait to explore the rest of the features!

Exceed Expectation

When I learned about service, I learned a term called "exceed expectation". To give an example, I ordered a new Macbook a week ago. It should be delivered on 24th. But today, 22nd, Apple called and said they are delivering it this afternoon. I get sooooo happy and excited. This is exceed my expectation.

But of course, expectation can be managed. Apple can well tell every customer that the delivey date is 2 days after when they can actually deliver. Then every customer gets one's goods delivered 2 days earlier. And you get happy and loyal customers!

Very Excited!

It seems that we can finally see some light for the "book" which we have been talking about for months. I have invited one more person to join us as the researcher. It fills in the gap among us. I can't wait to have our first meeting. If the team works, everything will definitely go very well.

Another reason why I feel so excited is when I explained my idea to these 2 friends, they take it very well. With the interest they showed, I am sure it will interest many other readers.

LED Traffic Light

In HK, traffic light is gradually changed to these LED ones. It saves electricity and has longer life. But I have problem with these.

With tungsten, as the signal changes, the light dims, and the other light slowly grows. But with these LED. One goes off instantly, as the other bright up all the sudden. It speeds up the pace of the street. I don't know what to expect in the next second. I guess that's life.

As I finished taking this photo, 2 taxis crashed into each other 10 meters away from me. Reckless driver!

Energy Booster

Everytime going to Tsuen Wan, I can't help but get a bottle of this drink. The MTR ride takes about 45 mins. And naturally, I sleep throughout the journey. It is therefore nice to get a wake up drink. And it works!
