唔夠瞓會變肥豬

尋日落街食午飯,見到以前舊寫字樓嘅兩位看更。

看更甲:「喂,歐陽先,肥咗喎!」

心諗:「唔洗你講呀…」

我答:「係呀,食多咗呀嘛。」

看更乙:「都唔係呀,肥係塊面到啫!」

仲衰! 真係想!(不過死之前要先殺咗呢兩個看更!)

我再答:「係呀,食多咗呀嘛。」

之後雞咁腳走,同埋放棄咗食午飯嘅諗頭。唉…

近排肥咗,應該係唔夠瞓嘅關係。

早前睇過一篇文章,個標題好特別,叫:「如何欺騙睡眠的需要」。

入面講到,原來人體有兩隻荷爾蒙: leptin 和 ghrelin,前者話俾你個身體知飽唔飽,後者就增加食慾。而唔夠瞓就會減少 leptin 和增加 ghrelin。即係會覺得唔夠飽又食慾大增。咁就死啦!

咁我明白點解好多「爸爸級」朋友,係細路出世之前,都會話生咗之後忙,就會自然會瘦啦。但係往往都見佢地肥過之前!唔夠瞓,同係咁食囉…

自己唔夠瞓問題未能解決。但係知道問題所在之後,唯有用精神意志都控制自己。唔係肥到隻豬咁就出事啦…

篇文章仲講咗一樣得意野。就係點樣短時間內回復精神。需要嘅,就係十五分鐘閉目休息同埋一杯咖啡。先飲杯咖啡,然後閉目休息十五分鐘。原因係咖啡鹼需要時間見效(當然時間因人而異),係「藥力」發揮之前做好休息,「藥力」一到,咪成個精神晒啦!值得一試。哈!
